On 20 of July at 18:00 Contemporary Art Space will be presented Manfred Bator’s personal exhibition named as “Emotions”. This exhibition is a part of Polish-Georgian Culture
Festival, organized by the Culture and Art Centre in Wroclaw – Institution of Culture of the Lower Silesia Regional Government and Contemporary Art Space in Batumi.

Manfred Bator – A visual artist, theoretician and an art critic. Born in 1986, Wroclaw. In 2006-2011 he studied at
The Faculty of Graphic Arts and Media Art in the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design and
received his diploma at the Professor Eugeniusz Get-Stankiewicz Graphic Arts Workshop and the
Professor Paweł Frąckiewicz Printmaking Workshop. He participated in over 60 exhibitions in Poland
and abroad. In his art he concentrates on painting, graphic arts, photography and working in space.
A PhD student at the Institute of Philosophy in the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Wroclaw,
and started his doctoral thesis under PhD. Ryszard Różanowski and PhD Agnieszka Bandura’s direction.
He publishes theoretical and critical texts (for example in Format, an artistic magazine, DYSKURS,
a scientific-artistic magazine, and Art and Documentary). Director of the Foto-Gen Gallery Culture and
Art Centre in Wroclaw, Institution of Culture of the Lower Silesia Regional Government
